How to: Add a label box.
Solution:
In the Report Design view, click 'Label' on the Toolbox. Click on the report to add a label to a report.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected report appears in the Design view, and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) Click 'Label' on the Toolbox.
6) Position the mouse pointer on the report to select the location for the label.
7) Click location for the label on the report.
8) Type the text for the label.
NOTE: The label will expand as text is entered.
9) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save the report.
